can someone make me a band logo?

I am in a thrash metal band called Quarantine and i have made the
sketch of the logo i want, but i cant do the graphics design. I am on
a really tight budget, so i do not have any money to spend, so i am
looking for someone to do it for free..
all that has to be done is make it on the computer. i have the logo on
paper.
i do not want a background (so that it can be applied to album covers)
