Can someone help me with the rhythms of this song?

OK, so I can't figure out the cool little opening at 0:15

He says "Hey! Here we go now" and it starts. I think it's in 3/4 time
going into 5/4 time but I can't figure out the actual rhythm. I was
thinking in triplets but now I realize it's definitely not that.

It's frustrating me.. help.
